Your Guide to a Perfect Fit.

Whilst we wish we could say finding a perfect fit is as easy as ‘A B C’, we’re all about honesty and transparency. In our expert experience, it takes time, patience and trying on of different sizes and shapes in order to find the best fit for each individual face.

There are a couple of important things we need to consider when it comes to finding your child a pair of glasses which are comfortable, but also don’t get in the way of their daily adventures.

SIZE

For every pair of glasses, there are three components for its size. Think of it like building blocks for the frame:

1.THE FRONT

Also known in the industry as ‘eye size’, this is the measurement in mm of the widest length of the lens. Eye size is variable amongst all children (just think about shoe sizes!) so vague age bracket estimations don’t make the cut for us.

2.THE BRIDGE

This is the pitfall for many children’s glasses. Children have small bridges which all develop at different ages

  2. BRIDGE SIZE

  3. TEMPLE LENGTH
